![]() There is this profound, yet simple question that beckons to be asked by everyone participating in life as we know it. It beckons to be asked for it holds the key in our very being in how we move in life. How am I showing up? Just those five little words mean so much in our evolution. For it means to be aware of the power we have when we make clear intentions on how we choose to be in any given space. To know the importance of our mood, some would refer to it as energy or even vibration. However you refer to it, just know that it’s all so very critical to fully participating in life as we know it. Imagine for a moment, the choice between two very different varying states. Waking up feeling frustrated about having to go in to work or saying thank you when the alarm goes off. Even if you are currently unhappy with where you are employed Louise Hay reminds us to “bless it with love” with your plan to leave in a good state of mind and that it will be a good fit for the next person. Visualizing the next place to be the right position, with excellent pay and opportunities. Choose to wake up and send positive energy ahead that all will be well. Any challenges that you face can be seen as stepping stones for the growth you need for the next level. Maybe your work life feels like bliss and you currently struggle with the relationships at home with your loved ones. Many of us have found ourselves spending far more hours working from home; seeing our families more and our co-workers a lot less. Finding ways to stay connected in our homes with our loves, yet honoring one anothers need for space is necessary. Thoughtful communication with an intention to do so in a way that fully appreciates the love and respect you have for each other. Your ability to see how you show up at work and then shift to how you show up in your home is required to meet the needs of both roles. We can take moments throughout our day to check in. Your mood will tell you so much about how you are showing up. Do you feel grateful, happy, excited, or frustrated, and angry? Take many moments to breathe. Scan your body for areas where there is tension and send a prompt to relax. Soften your brow, relax your shoulders, and gently lift the corners of your mouth. Yes loved one, smile and remind yourself that everything is going to be okay. Each next best choice, awareness of your HOW, and loving yourself fully through this process is what matters most. Have you had a moment when you recognized mid conversation, midday, or even mid thought that you were not vibrating at your best? What did you do to shift your mood? We’d love to hear from you. This is a building conversation, a loving community encouraging one another and your input is truly valuable. Much love, joy, and peace. Namaste Love Talita
